Return Policy
While we strive for providing excellent products at great prices, we realize that occasionally you may want to return merchandise. This is our return policy.
No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA). To receive an RMA number, please contact customer service at 727-584-2093.
A Return Authorization may be requested up to 10 days from the invoice date.
RMAs may be approved for damaged items for replacement or refund, at the discretion of BarSupply.com. We attempt to replace broken items and refund if replacement is not a viable option.
Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via www.barsupply.com.
Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging. Any items returned without all original packaging will be assessed a 35% restocking fee.
No refund is available for custom printed or customized items. Replacement of these items may be done on a case-by-case basis as determined by our custom printing department and quality control departments.
Refund on services, such as setup fees, shipping, printing costs, production costs, etc.etc. will not be granted. Refunds and returns can be accepted on physical merchandise only.
It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items. We recommend UPS or Fedex.
IIf an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected. If Store Credit is issued, you may use it at any time to purchase from any of the BarProducts.com family of stores. If a refund is issued, your credit card will be reimbursed within 30 days of acceptance of the returned merchandise.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.
